We have a team of property managers that work side by side with our real estate company. Our Realtors can find a good investment property for you & our property management division can handle the following:

1. Ordering all services to prepare your home for the rental market. "Make Ready!" 

2. Driving out to your property to secure a Lockbox and For Rent sign in the yard.

3. Advertising & Marketing your rental property.

4. Finding a qualified tenant by performing a credit check, rental history review, current & past job stability review, background check, & overall analysis.

5. Administering all lease contracts. We use all standard  Forms & act as mediator between landlord & tenant.

6. Handling all maintenance & inbound calls on your property. We have our own network of maintenance teams that can handle all service requests.

7. Processing all Service Request Orders. We take care of the initial orders & followup to ensure completion.

8. Collecting rent from the tenant. We collect the rent & pay the service request orders for you.

9. Distribute rent payment to Owner of Property. We include a Profit & Loss statement with each month's rent. We also include any & all receipts on service requests.

We do not earn any fee's until your property is leased, that's our incentive to keep your properties leased with quality long term tenants. We're here to help you get the most out of your investment and take away the stresses of managining property.
